This is anytime dining, so some waiting is expected:
We had full dinner here 2 or 3 times.
We were here for "formal nights menu" and stopped a few times for a quick bite.

There are no formal nights on Viking ships but the menu is more interesting on the days that otherwise would be "formal" - Captain's Welcome Reception and Captain's Farewell Reception (what is traditionally called "Lobster nights" or "Gala dinners" on cruise ships).
There are plenty of tables for two.
Many of them are by the windows.

For some reason this inside staircase is not marked on the deck plans:
House wines, beer and soft drinks are complimentary for lunch and dinner in all restaurants and in the buffet (not sure about the snack bar and poolside buffet).
